Signed-in records are saved in the app's built-in private key-value store. Export a JSON copy of your tasks, habits, study, plans, reflections, screen time, goals, and preferences. Want to start completely fresh? Use the password-protected Reset Mode below.
Import your old website’s JSON backup here, not in Extra’s Excel upload. Current FIRE and legacy NOCTRA exports, legacy plural collections, date/ID-keyed records and exported key-value rows are supported. Preview records before saving; existing records are kept by default.
Sign in before exporting or importing private records.
Reset Mode Password Required
Password-protected factory reset with automatic backup download
Reset Mode wipes all app records across tasks, habits, focus logs, timetable schedules, workouts, Extra spreadsheets, and reflections. Before any data is cleared, a full JSON backup will be automatically downloaded to your device so your data is never lost.
Create a Reset Password
Before you can access Reset Mode, you must set a security password. This ensures your workspace cannot be accidentally wiped.
App & journal passwords
The app locks on every reload or new visit. Calendar & Journal also locks when you leave that workspace. Unlocks expire after 12 hours; Lock now closes access immediately.
Sign in under Account & privacy to set private passwords and email recovery.
Passwords are salted and hashed in your private built-in key-value store. These are additional workspace privacy locks, not encryption of stored data, browser caches or exported backups. Your account sign-in still controls access to your records.

What Hermionie remembers
Tell Hermionie “remember that…” in chat or save a note below. Memories work across chats. Avoid passwords and sensitive secrets.
Hermionie also uses bounded chat summaries and relevant past messages. Deleting a saved memory does not remove the same information from existing chats.

Your records belong to your account
Email verification and session persistence are handled by the enabled authentication provider.
